Cameras 1980 & 2009
What a difference a little time and technology makes. Here are two SLR's, one film from 1980, a Cannon AE-1 with a 50mm prime and my Nikon D40, which is a digital camera that first appeared on the market in 2006.
Sadly the Cannon is broken and the 50MM lens is worth more than the body but when it was new I bet that in the right hands, with high quality film, better photos could have been taken than with my 6MP Nikon D40.
So the next question is where will photography and cameras be 19 to 20 years from now?
